| Chart one,management responsibility process: General Manager's purpose is to achieve customers satisfaction, plan and establish quality guidelines, a quality target and a quality management system. Regulate the responsibility, regulate limits and relations of management, execution and validate staff related to quality. Increase company's profits through customer's satisfaction. Appoint management representatives, carry on company's communications inside and outside to promote the consciousness of customers requirements and the effective improvements of quality management. The process will aim at directions and tasks for other management systems and promote the sustainable improvement of quality management by judging the implemented results. Chart two,resources management process: The process regulated: General Manager's purpose is to achieve quality guidelines, aim at and improve a management system achieved persistently, confirm and provide necessary resources to support other management systems efficient, effective operations. Chart three,product achievement process: According to the principles of order and effects,process's confirmed,work procedure,order of assembly,processing,sales,purchasing, physical distribution and import-export documents. In order to ensure each process's effective operation and principles,method control needs, such as work requires,the process set up relevant work guide books. As for definite service programs, and customer requirements, our company made relevant plans according to the requirements of ISO9001 2000 standard Chart four,measurement, analyses and improvement process: General Manager leads and organizes the company's quality management improvement system. Each department monitors quality management and process systems according to relevant files. It carries on measuring, analyzing and improving implemented results of a quality management. The process will provide improved information and finally determine evidence for management responsibility process, which is beneficial to quality management and system process improvement. Chart five,principle Company's principle is focusing on customers, gather and analyze relevant programs and implement to the customers satisfaction and complaints, fully discuss and establish relevant improvement measures in annual management meeting to customer's reactive opinions and internal auditing results to reach the purpose of sustainable improvement. Chart six,Meanwhile Company planned relevant control programs and regulations to file and record employee's abilities, assessment and training, choosing suppliers, terminal evaluation, products, process monitoring and testing and disqualified products failing to meet the requirements of ISO9001 standards, laws and regulations. |
